It was a cold and very stormy evening for Donna and Julie's wedding. The weather was atrocious out there! I managed to make it there on time even though we couldn't see much in front of the car. Julie is the first that i visited. I stayed for about an hour with her, her mom, and her best "man". Mom radiated and told me Julie's story. She was so proud that her daughter was getting married. She was telling me about the day her daughter came out to her. How she never tought she would see this day. And now it was here. She was a little teary. Donna was my next stop at the Hotel Radison in Cornwall. The feel in the room was sheer excitement. The girls were all smiles helping each other get ready. The kids relaxed in front of their laptop. Donna was a proud mom and she pointed to every single one. Donna and Julie finally found love with each other, Celebrated this love with their vows on a winter stormy night. And here are a few photos to help tell their story.

I met with Erika and her fiance on her wedding day. It was another wedding for my portfolio development. She was a real petite and elegant woman. You just knew that she was eager to get married to the man of her dreams. The venue was at the radisson in Cornwall, right near the bridge to the U.S. Her whole wedding was simple and so sweet. It reflected well on her personality. It was a late wedding and the sun was already setting when I started to shoot the grooms portraits. I have learned a lot since then. Thank you Gary Fong for your wonderful diffuser. When I look back at this wedding i wonder why I hadn't bought it already. I guess it's something I had to learn. Have a look!

Meet Chasity and Sly! What a fun loving couple. Chasity just knew how to pose and everytime I turned around I just kept nailing great shots of her. The whole family is very close to each other and you could tell. Big brother loved his sister dearly, and even tough they were grown ups, he kept teasing her. Her beautiful daughter had such a pretty gown. I followed her around a few times to get her in that pretty dress. It was a backyard wedding, but backyard wedding in the country means country club feel. Behind where the i does would be exchange was a beautiful field. The location was to die for. It was picturesque. Tension grew when Sly arrived... that meant get those boys photographed the ceremony is coming. The girls were giggling inside while they peaked over Chasity to look out the window to the boys. It's was a fun wedding, full of love and laughter. I even caught the groom wiping a tear off of his cheek during the ceremony.  The Reception was at the Bonnie Glen, what a beautiful venue. Congrats Chasity and Sly to many years of Rocking on!
